We try our best to provide excursions & short breaks, that all customers can enjoy but we do recognise that all our trips are not entirely suitable for people with poor mobility, disabilities or special needs. For example some trips involve a great deal of travelling, also some excursions involve a fair amount of walking. We ask that you consider these points when selecting your trip as it is not possible for our driver(s) to provide an additional level of care.

* Once you have spoken to a representative and confirmed availibility, please complete the online booking form.
* Please note that once you have completed the form online, you will be contacted by one of our representatives to take payment, by either a credit or debit card, or you will need to send a cheque into the booking office. Please note that until payment or a deposit has been paid the seats are not reserved.
* A booking form is required even if you have travelled with us before.
* You will be sent a Confirmation or Travel Ticket within 7 days of making the booking and receiving your deposit or payment, the confirmation / travel ticket will confirm your seat numbers, room requirement and any special requirements, and will also advise when the final balance is due to be paid. Luggage labels and a detailed itnerary will be sent to you approximately two weeks before your departure date (following receipt of your final balance).
Due to FSA regulations we are no longer allowed to give advice or include Travel Insurance in the price of your holiday.
