26th June 2011  - My husband and myself would like to say how much we enjoyed the trip to Hemsley Sunday Market & Cleethorpes.  We thought it was a brilliant day and the weather was a bonus, we enjoyed the Antique Market and also a 'Big Thank You' to the driver who was very good.  So thank you for another good trip out.  MR & MRS PARK (ELLAND)

19th April 2011 - My neighbour and I went to the Harrogate Spring Flower Show with you on Saturday.  May I say we really enjoyed the trip.  Both the driver, Mark and navigator, Matthew, were lovely and courteous and really looked after us, and the coach was very comfortable.  I for one will certainly use your services again and I will be going with you to the Autumn Flower Show.  SUSAN SCHOFIELD (HUDDERSFIELD)

15th March 2011 - I am just writing with regard to the coach driver who took us to Chester Zoo on Saturday 12th March 2010, he was very entertaining and very friendley.  I would also like to say how nice he was when my 4 year old was ill on the return journey, he was very supportive and we will definitely use your company again and look forward to the next trip.  Thank you for a memorable day out.  REBECCA LLOYD

13th December 2010 - Christmas Mystery Trip, With England covered in snow and ice, many roads blocked, airports shut, trains and buses not running.  Richard the Reindeer with his two faithful elves Julie & Dave set off with their Arrow Sliegh, for the Christmas Mystery Tour.  We tavelled North in swirling snow and freezing fog, were we arrived at Gretna Green, our base for 2 nights.  Next morning up we got had breakfast and boarded the sleigh for the Mystery Day Out, we travelled over snow caped hills, with Christmas Card Views, with the sun shining all the way,  we arrived t Edinburgh, and enjoyed a festive day at the Chrsitmas Market, with music and stalls and a great Christmas atmosphere, till once again it was time to board the sleigh amnf travel back to the hotel.  Sunday Morning was soon here, once again it was a short sleigh ride to the first destination the GRetna Green Village, sad to say no one got mrried, the we stopped at the Gateshead Metro Centre, so that we could fill the sleigh with last minute presents.  To the sound of Auld Lang Syne we arrived home safely.  A very enjoyable trip.  JOHN & HELEN FRENCH

20th November 2009 - Last weekend was the first time we had used Arrow Coach Travel.  We both where very impressed on how well the tour was run, on tour's we have been on before we are dashing here, there and everywhere this was so relaxed and more enjoyable.  The Thursford Christmas Spectacular was out of this world.  We will be using Arrow Coach Travel again.  Thank you for a very enjoyable weekend.  MR & MRS JOWETT

3rd August 2009 - I just thought I had to thank you for providing such an excellent and fantastic excursion for myself, my mother and my two children.  We went on the Knowsley Safari Park trip today and it was so refreshing getting such a professional coach company with such a proffessional driver who made our day so fantastic.  Our experience of coach companies in the past have been awful but Arrow Coach Travel surprised me (I'd begun to think all coach companies were rude and not really bothered about customers.)  Todays driver did you proud!!!
